Jennifer  Hunter

Jennifer Hunter has more than 25 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in intellectual property, civil and commercial litigation and white collar defense, including internal corporate investigations and corporate and individual representation in government investigations.

Jennifer’s experience includes managing complex civil litigation and enforcement of intellectual property assets such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights. That experience extends to trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings at the Trademark and Trial Appeal Board as well as both state and federal court. Jennifer regularly drafts cease and desist letters, assists in motion practice and provides research assistance, as well as managing all aspects of case work up for hearings and trials.

Leading all firm e-Discovery, Jennifer manages outside vendors as well as in-house software, high-volume document collections, review, and productions.
