Overview

Sarah practices as a litigator in all areas of intellectual property law, as well as consumer data privacy law. Sarah’s background in art and art history is paired with a passion to advocate for creators, innovators, brands, and entrepreneurs. Her trained eye and legal mind combine to foster creative solutions for her clients. During law school, Sarah externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. She competed on BYU Law’s IP Moot Court, where she won “Best Brief” for BYU Law. Sarah volunteered at the University of San Diego’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where she gained valuable hands-on experience.
