Collin Hansen is an associate attorney at Workman Nydegger. He practices in all areas of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation. Collin has represented various Fortune 100, 200, and smaller companies in disputes for a variety of technologies, including continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), coronary stents, pharmaceuticals, bone and tissue grafts, playground equipment, subway trains, and many more. He is also experienced in other areas of intellectual property law, including trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright litigation, e-commerce litigation, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Workman Nydegger, Collin practiced IP litigation in Chicago. He attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was an editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property and received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law in addition to his Juris Doctor. Before law school, Collin attended Brigham Young University where he majored in Microbiology and Portuguese.
