With a practice focused on the protection of intellectual property rights, Ken Dyer’s 25+ years of experience includes patent and other IP litigation, strategic IP counseling, patent monetization through sales and licensing, patent valuation, and patent prosecution and portfolio management. Clients worldwide hire Ken to assist with complex technology and business litigation matters because Ken understands clients. As former Chief IP and General Counsel for CoolIT Systems, he focuses not only on litigation matters, but on creative business solutions to underlying disputes, and how these disputes impact the business and clients’ goals. Ken’s combination of corporate and major law firm experience in both the legal and business arenas, gives him particular insight into what is important to a business from an IP perspective and how outside counsel can best add value to a corporate IP program. Clients rely on Ken’s extensive experience within the various court systems, which includes having litigated numerous patent and technology matters in federal district court and before the ITC with diverse technologies including:
