Workman Nydegger Hosts IP Moot Court Competition

Workman Nydegger has had the pleasure of hosting a local IP Moot Court Competition to determine participants in the regional round of the AIPLA Giles Rich IP Moot Court competition for the last 15+ years.

Pairs of students from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and the U of U’s S.J. Quinney College of Law write an appellant and appellee brief and participate in mock oral arguments.

Congratulations to students from S.J. Quinney who had the best brief, and students from J. Reuben Clark who won the oral and overall competition! Thank you to all students and attorneys who participated!
