The Workman Nydegger Summer Law Clerk Program gives us the opportunity to work one-on-one with talented law students seeking careers in intellectual property.
Our 10-week Summer Law Clerk Program provides participants with tailored mentorship opportunities alongside some of the nation’s leading intellectual property attorneys. Law clerks gain hands-on experience in patent prosecution and litigation, with opportunities to assist in out-of-town trials and/or examiner interviews at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Social events such as dinner parties, concerts, swim parties, and sporting events provide our Summer Law Clerks with opportunities to build relationships with one another and members of the firm.
