Robyn L. Phillips

Robyn Phillips’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling clients on matters that involve intellectual property disputes and protecting their intellectual property, including trademarks, patents and copyrights. Robyn is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Federal Circuit, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts of Utah and Oregon.

With significant experience in inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office involving trademark oppositions and cancellations and resolving internet and domain name disputes, Robyn also has years of experience preparing trademark and patent applications in the U.S. and foreign countries. She engages in the preparation of licenses and other contracts related to intellectual property matters as well as opinions relating to infringement and/or validity of patents.
