As a seasoned attorney, Adrian Lee puts his legal experience to work for clients as both a patent prosecutor and litigator. Having practiced intellectual property law for a quarter of a century, he has been involved with the drafting and prosecution of over 1,000 U.S. patent applications and countless international and foreign patent applications. With advanced degrees in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and business, he has practiced law in two technological hotbeds—Silicon Valley and Salt Lake City.
Adrian’s wide-ranging technical proficiency and education allows him to effectively and prolifically draft and prosecute patent applications in the fields of machine learning, computer software, networks, communications, optics, electronics, semiconductors, mechanical devices, and systems for companies located in the United States and throughout the world. He assists the firm’s largest clients with strategic patent planning, and has served as lead counsel for complex intellectual property litigation. But he also takes pleasure in collaborating and counseling with mid-sized and smaller companies and independent inventors, each with their uniquely different needs. Though his native language is English, his proficiency in Japanese further helps to provide legal counsel to Japanese clients.
Adrian is highly active in the training and mentoring of younger attorneys, and enjoys their every success.
