Workman Nydegger will host a moot court competition on Wednesday, January 18. 14 law school students from the University of Utah and 8 from Brigham Young University will compete in a mock appellate argument scenario with 25 local attorneys serving as judges. The team with the highest combined brief and oral argument score from each university will move forward to the regional Giles Sutherland Rich American Intellectual Property Law Association moot court competition to be held in Palo Alto, California in March. Workman Nydegger attorneys Dave Johnson, David Todd, and Matt Barlow have been working with the law students leading up to the local competition and will continue to work with the advancing students as they prepare for regionals. We are excited to continue the tradition of hosting this event and look forward to an exciting competition!
