Associate

As a registered patent attorney, Spencer Fennemore’s practice involves the preparation and prosecution of patent applications directed towards various technologies, including medical devices, biotechnology, computational imaging and modeling, material science, and manufacturing processes. Spencer also prepares patentability, validity, clearance, and infringement opinions.
Prior to joining Workman Nydegger, Spencer worked as an engineer at Integra LifeSciences, where he performed process validation testing, oversaw risk management practices, and supported operations regarding FDA regulations and ISO standards for medical devices.
Spencer received his J.D. from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, and his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah.
