Overview

Timothy D. Nichols is a former engineer and federal law clerk who today represents companies of all sizes in patent, trademark, and copyright matters. He regularly counsels clients regarding the procurement and licensing of their intellectual property, and guides them through the intricate nuances of online marketplaces to better manage, protect, and extract revenue from their intellectual property portfolio.

His clients include companies and inventors across a wide range of industries such as cardiovascular medical devices, prosthetic and orthopedic devices, drilling equipment, precision machining systems, software, LED devices, body armor, security seals, outdoor furniture, jewelry, apparel, and other consumer products.

Tim is also actively involved in the American Intellectual Property Law Association and a member of the International Trademark Association.
