Overview

Lindsey Potter has worked in Intellectual Property law since 2008. She is a prosecution paralegal specializing in supporting domestic and international prosecution attorneys in patent and trademark applications, patent and trademark office action responses, and trademark renewal and maintenance. Lindsey also has experience with trademark oppositions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and internationally. Prior to her current role, she supported the firm in a Docketing Administrator role for several years and has extensive knowledge of client intake, patent and trademark portfolio review, patent family analysis, annuities, as well as docket systems, reports, and management.
