Working with all aspects of foreign and U.S. patent and trademark filings since 2007, Tyler Eller’s expertise includes client intake and matter transfers, including patent family analysis, as well as preparing and managing client patent portfolios, including all docket management, cost analysis and estimates, manage chain of title, ownership, and assignment matters. Tyler is experienced in all matters related to Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications, including but not limited to, PCT application filings, e-PCT filing software, amendments in the international phase, and national phase patent filings in nearly all PCT member states.
Overseeing all corresponding prosecution actions, such as patent and trademark office action responses, information disclosure statements, patent post allowance review, and all types of trademark renewal filings, Tyler is well versed in the world of intellectual property and enjoys helping clients with portfolio maintenance and troubleshooting.
When he’s not knee deep in patents, he enjoys spending time doing shooting sports, leather working and hiking with his dog.
