Thomas M. Bonacci

Thomas Bonacci represents and counsels clients in all areas of U.S. patent and trademark practice. In close collaboration with inventors and technology interests, he has drafted and successfully prosecuted many patent applications which have now been issued as United States patents. Tom represents clients in the electronic, information science, telecommunication, software, e-commerce, and telephony industries, among others.

Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Tom held positions in the computer, information, and data communications industries for nearly 20 years. He served as a senior software engineer and computer scientist for Ascend Communications and for Lucent Technologies/Bell Laboratories. For nearly another 20 years, Tom has employed his high-tech knowledge and experience while representing clients in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications.

Over the years, Tom has received numerous awards for his work in both the technology and legal fields.
