Ted Cundick

For over 20 years, Ted Cundick has assisted clients in finding solutions to complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court in Utah and beyond. He also has expertise in bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights having represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings, financial restructurings, and workout-related litigation matters.

No professional opportunity is better than helping clients solve a problem that may seem beyond their ability to solve. As a result, Ted has helped multiple companies successfully reorganize under the Small Business Subchapter V provisions of the bankruptcy code, and has helped members of multiple LLCs extricate themselves from complicated business breakups.

Ted gained a unique perspective while clerking for The Honorable Bill Parker in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
