Lindsey Potter

Working in Intellectual Property law since 2008, Lindsey Potter is a prosecution paralegal specializing in both domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, including applications, office action responses, renewal and maintenance, ownership and assignments, and client due diligence. Ms. Potter also has experience with trademark clearance searches, trademark watches, and trademark oppositions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and internationally.

Prior to her current role, she supported the firm in a Docketing Administrator role for several years and has extensive knowledge of client intake, patent and trademark portfolio review, patent family analysis, annuities, as well as docket systems, reports, and management.
