Jinhee Nelson leverages a unique international perspective in her practice of litigation and intellectual property law. Having lived and worked in Asia, she is adept at navigating the complexities of cross-cultural legal matters, with a focused interest in copyright and trademark law.
Ms. Nelson's commitment to service and the law is evident in her diverse experiences. Her 17 months in Korea as a missionary fostered her cultural fluency, which she later applied during a 2023 international internship at a law firm in Japan. Ms. Nelson honed her legal research and analytical skills through various internships and as a research assistant at BYU Law School, before completing a clerkship with the Workman Nydegger in 2024.
Ms. Nelson earned her law degree from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School. Her undergraduate degree in History from BYU provides a strong foundation for her legal research and writing.
