Lindsey Gifford

Working in the legal field for over a decade, Lindsey Gifford has focused on Intellectual Property law since 2014. With a focus on industries such as biomedical engineering, software products, hospitality, and food and beverage, among others, she has experience working with U.S. and Foreign Patent and Trademark Prosecution, Patent and Trademark Office Action Responses and Trademark Renewal filing. She also has experience with Trademark Opposition procedures, as well as due diligence, trademark searching and International Design Patent Protection.

Known to exceed expectations and for being highly efficient, Lindsey gains the most satisfaction seeing client’s hard work and intelligence become rightfully protected and put into practice to help improve society.

When she’s not working, Lindsey enjoys exploring the outdoors and going on adventures with her family. She might also be found working on DIY home projects, gardening, or playing the violin.
