J. Dustin Howell’s experience runs deep in the subjects of physics, optics, mechanics, and mechanical engineering, interests he continues to develop through his work with clients in sports, exercise, medical, petroleum, and other industries. He uses this background to help clients in the preparation and prosecution of U.S and international patent and trademark applications as well as licensing and confidentiality agreements and other IP issues. Mr. Howell also works with patents for industrial products and processes.
