Jeremy Pratt

Jeremy Pratt is an associate at Workman Nydegger, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation. His experience with the firm began as a law clerk, where he gained hands-on experience in IP litigation by assisting with legal research, motion practice, and discovery management.

Before joining Workman Nydegger, Mr. Pratt built a strong foundation in litigation through roles as a legal extern at Plant, Christensen, & Kanell and as a law clerk in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office. In these positions, he developed valuable skills in pre-trial practice, trial preparation, and appellate litigation.

Complementing his legal practice, Mr. Pratt brings a unique understanding of public policy from his time as a legislative intern for the Utah State Legislature’s Executive Appropriations Committee during the 2022 General Legislative Session.

Mr. Pratt earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, receiving multiple awards for excellence in legal writing and advocacy, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
