Shauna M. Huston

With over 25 years of experience in law firm management, Shauna Huston serves as the firm’s Executive Director. She oversees all daily operations of the firm including human resources, accounting/finance, facilities, docketing, records, information technology, marketing and strategic planning and implementation.

Shauna has earned a number of certifications and licenses including:

  • Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM
  • Certified Legal Manager from the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA)
  • Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI

Shauna leverages her extensive experience in law firm administration to provide strong leadership across critical functions. Her expertise spans operational design, financial performance, compensation and benefit design, client service teams, process improvement, strategic planning, and the modernization of firm procedures.

Prior to being named the firm’s Executive Director, Shauna served as the Human Resources Director for 12 years.
