Sarah A. Hill

Sarah Hill serves as the Human Resources Manager at Workman Nydegger. Her years of experience in human resources, with a specialization in process improvement and multi-state compliance, enables her to oversee all aspects of human resources for the firm including compliance, performance management, and full cycle talent acquisition.

Sarah recently earned the prestigious SHRM-CP certification, which is regarded as one of the top human resource certifications.

With a B.A. in Psychology, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and more than 10 years of experience in the HR field, Sarah most enjoys the opportunity to make a positive impact on each individual within the firm and the firm as a whole.

When she’s not at work, Sarah enjoys paddleboarding, and attending concerts, live theatre, and sporting events.
