The ceremony took place on October 3, 2024, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This milestone marks a new chapter in their legal careers, and Workman Nydegger is thrilled to have them both at the firm.
Andrew Macdonald is a registered patent attorney with expertise in all areas of intellectual property law. He primarily focuses on chemistry and chemical engineering processes, mechanical goods and processes, software products and systems, and trademarks. He attended Brigham Young University where he obtained his B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering and went on to get his J.D. at the University of Arizona College of Law. In addition to specializing in intellectual property law, Andrew gained experience as a probate law clerk during his time in law school. This experience provided him with the knowledge and skills that he continues to utilize in his professional career.
Mansi Chauhan is a registered patent attorney who practices in all areas of intellectual property law. Her primary focus lies in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications within the life sciences and software industries. Mansi attended the University of Texas Dallas where she received her B.S. in Neuroscience and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Texas Austin. While in law school, Mansi completed an internship at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Before joining Workman Nydegger, she also gained valuable experience in cybersecurity and data privacy law through an internship at Tenable. These experiences further enhanced her expertise in these areas and equipped her with practical skills that she continues to use in her professional career.
