John C. Stringham is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. His practice includes various aspects of intellectual property law, such as preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications in the U.S. and foreign countries. He also works on licensing, publishing, and other related agreements, provides infringement opinions, engages in inter partes proceedings, and conducts due diligence investigations. David R. Todd specializes in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He has participated as counsel in over 40 appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and in several intellectual property actions in federal trial courts and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Todd has participated in authoring a number of publications on patent law issues, has lectured on intellectual property issues, and currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at Brigham Young University where he has taught courses in patent law and intellectual property litigation. He has also served as an author of amicus briefs filed on behalf of the American Intellectual Property Law Association in cases pending before the United States Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit.
As a senior member of the litigation group, Thomas R. Vuksinick’s vast experience as a litigator in major patent and IP disputes enables him to successfully advise clients in matters of unfair competition claims, patent and trademark infringement, false advertising, and employer/employee relations, including non-compete covenants.
