Workman Nydegger is pleased to welcome Jinhee Nelson, Trevor Oldham, and Jeremy Pratt as Associates to the firm.

Ms. Nelson leverages a unique international perspective in her practice of litigation and intellectual property law. Having lived and worked in Asia, she is adept at navigating the complexities of cross-cultural legal matters, with a particular focus on copyright and trademark law.

Mr. Oldham is a Registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He focuses on patent prosecution, managing intellectual property portfolios for clients both in the United States and internationally. Mr. Oldham’s practice is supported by a strong technical background in computer systems, software, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, and mechanical engineering. This deep technical knowledge allows Mr. Oldham to expertly prepare, file, and strategically manage patents across a wide spectrum of industries.

Mr. Pratt focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. His experience with the firm began as a law clerk, where he gained hands-on experience in IP litigation by assisting with legal research, motion practice, and discovery management. Before joining Workman Nydegger, Mr. Pratt built a strong foundation in litigation through roles as a legal extern at Plant, Christensen, & Kanell and as a law clerk in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office. In these positions, he developed valuable skills in pre-trial practice, trial preparation, and appellate litigation.
