Emily Pitsch leverages a multidisciplinary background in biochemistry, molecular biology, and chemical research to support clients in protecting innovations in the life sciences. Her experience includes work in materials chemistry, cellular biology, and cancer-related molecular mechanisms. She also conducted graduate research on amino acid toxicity in budding yeast. Ms. Pitsch brings analytical depth and clear communication to the preparation of patent applications in complex scientific fields. 

Emily Smith is a registered patent agent who focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for clients in the medical device, mechanical systems, and biotechnology sectors. Her practice includes drafting legal opinions on patentability, validity, freedom to operate, and infringement. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah and applies her technical training to support clients in protecting their innovations. 

Morgan Tew focuses her practice on preparing patent applications across a range of complex technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, software systems, and mechanical innovations. She supports clients from early-stage development through patent issuance. Ms. Tew studied Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Utah, where she developed a strong understanding of how material properties influence design and real-world applications.
