IP Moot Court Competition

Workman Nydegger is hosting a local IP Moot Court Competition to select participants for the regional round of the AIPLA Giles Rich IP Moot Court Competition. Students from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law will be tasked with writing both an appellant and an appellee brief, as well as participating in mock oral arguments. Workman Nydegger is proud to have hosted this competition for over 15 years and looks forward to identifying the best brief.
