Callie Rogers provides guidance and counsel to clients on general corporate and business matters, including business formation, contract drafting and review, and trademark registration. Experienced in providing general legal guidance to clients in a wide range of businesses, she has handled the following:
· Preparing independent contractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other related agreements for emerging and established businesses
· Preparing agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets
· Assisting clients engaging influencers in client marketing and preparing related agreements
· Reviewing and successfully negotiating agreements with large national companies
· Monitoring developments in state and federal law and assisting clients in complying with relevant laws and regulations
· Assisting clients with employment matters
Prior to joining Workman Nydegger, Callie was an associate at Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, and an in-house attorney at 1-800 Contacts, Inc.
