Brian Platt’s practice focuses on protecting intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. He has extensive experience managing high-stakes patent, technology, anti-counterfeiting, and e-commerce litigation in the U.S. and internationally, with matters involving video and streaming, computer systems and software, and content security. A former in-house Director of Litigation for Kudelski SA, Brian brings a business-focused approach to complex disputes and has represented clients across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He is also a registered Professional Engineer and worked as a consultant and design engineer for seven years before becoming an attorney.

John Stringham is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with over 30 years of experience. His practice focuses on building strategic patent and trademark portfolios for companies, from startups through IPOs, in software, business methods, and medical technologies. He is highly experienced in domestic and international patent prosecution, IP licensing, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

David R. Todd focuses his practice on complex IP litigation, including patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes. With experience in over 40 Federal Circuit appeals and numerous PTAB trials, he is a seasoned advocate for his clients. His background includes clerking for the Federal Circuit, authoring amicus briefs for the AIPLA, and teaching patent law as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University.
