Overview

Mr. Cundick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court in Utah and beyond. He also has expertise in bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights having represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings, financial restructurings, and workout-related litigation matters. He gained a unique perspective while clerking for The Honorable Bill Parker in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
