At Workman Nydegger we work hard to help our clients understand how to look at intellectual property rights in a way that will help them build a portfolio that adds value to their business.

At the national level, our attorneys have held leadership positions in various IP associations, including the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the USPTO’s Patent Public Advisory Committee. Our attorneys have participated in key policy-making activities initiated with Congress, with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and through participation in key judicial decisions as a result of participation in Amicus Curiae briefs.

At the local level, many of our attorneys volunteer as Adjunct Professors at the University of Utah and BYU law schools. Workman Nydegger is also active in the continuing education of our own attorneys with regular in-firm continuing legal education (CLE) courses and active participation in various outside CLE and bar events.
