Overview

Megan Needham’s practice involves intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution, and advising clients on data privacy matters. Megan is a registered patent attorney and previously practiced patent litigation at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York City where she represented large, multinational companies in federal district court litigation.  She also worked for several years in higher education as an instructor, counselor, and administrator.  Megan is a member of the New York, Oregon, and Utah bars.
