Luke Hanks is a registered patent attorney focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, both domestic and international.
Mr. Hanks had an accomplished career as a Mechanical and Aerospace Systems Engineer for 7 years prior to studying law. While attending the S.J. Quinney College of Law, Mr. Hanks served as Executive Text Editor on the Utah Law Review Board. He also served as a research assistant in intellectual property licensing and international standardization law and as a teaching assistant in a legal research and writing course. Mr. Hanks has also served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby, United States District Court for the District of Utah.
