W|N’s IT Director Named Regional Vice President of International Legal Technology Association

Salt Lake City (November 20, 2013) – Workman Nydegger’s Director of Information Technology, Carl Peterson, has been appointed the regional vice president of the International Legal Technology Association (“ILTA”) for the North Pacific Region. ILTA is a peer-networking organization that provides informational resources and educational content to maximize the use of technology in the legal field.

Mr. Peterson will guide and direct the efforts of the regional representatives and act as an ambassador to ILTA on behalf of the members in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming in the United States and Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan in Canada for the next two years.

ILTA has been the premier peer-networking organization focusing on the technical, strategic and management issues related to the use of technology in the legal field for more than 30 years. Members of ILTA include firms from around the world, regardless of size or area of legal practice. The Association hosts monthly teleconferences and annual meetings around the world, publishes the award-winning quarterly magazine, Peer to Peer, as well as expert- and member-submitted articles, conducts webinars and hosts a web-based community forum.
