Mr. Nydegger was also selected for listing in the 2013 Guide to the World’s Leading Patent Law Practitioners published by the Legal Media Group of Euromoney, and was included in the 2013 list of Utah Legal Elite – Intellectual Property, published byUtah Business Magazine.

Listings for The International Who’s Who of Patent Lawyers and The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyersare compiled by distributing questionnaires to leading international firms and corporations, from which a list is compiled of those repeatedly mentioned. Those individuals are then researched through the legal press, periodicals and the internet, and preliminary lists of the recommended lawyers are then circulated for comment among leading firms and corporations. International Who’s Who then refines the final listing through telephonic or face-to-face interviews to arrive at its final listing of who it considers to be pre-eminent in their respective field.

Selection to Best Lawyers is based on a rigorous peer-review survey utilizing confidential evaluations by top attorneys in the country practicing in the various sectors for which selections are made. The Best Lawyers annual, advertisement-free publication has been described in The American Lawyer as “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice. ”Mr. Nydegger is one of a distinguished group of attorneys nationwide who have been listed inBest Lawyers for over ten years.
