Ted Cundick Joins Workman Nydegger as a New Shareholder

SALT LAKE CITY, MARCH 16, 2022 – Workman Nydegger is pleased to welcome Ted Cundick as a Shareholder to the firm.

Mr. Cundick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court in Utah and beyond. He also has expertise in bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights, having represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings, financial restructurings, and workout matters. He gained a unique perspective while clerking for The Honorable Bill Parker in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
