Ted Cundick Named as Risk Management Shareholder, Roger McConkie to Serve as General Counsel to Workman Nydegger

Workman Nydegger is pleased to announce Ted Cundick as the Risk Management Shareholder and Roger McConkie as the firm’s General Counsel.

Ted Cundick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court in Utah and beyond. He also has expertise in bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights having represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings, financial restructurings, and workout-related litigation matters. He gained a unique perspective while clerking for The Honorable Bill Parker in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Roger McConkie’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, including, among others, litigating breach of contract, trademark, and trade secret claims.  In addition to litigation in both state and federal courts, he has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings and is a certified mediator. He also has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings and professional licensing matters and served as a receiver in the United States District Court in a multi-million dollar securities fraud case at the request of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
