New Patent Agent at Workman Nydegger

Former summer associate and first-year University of Utah law student, Angela L. Silvers Ph.D., is now a patent agent at Workman Nydegger.

Silvers’ technical background covers chemistry, nanoparticles, novel drug delivery systems, DNA detection and solid-state electroluminescent devices (OLEDs).

Silvers earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Princeton University in 2006 and master’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University in 2004. In 2002 she graduated magna cum laude in Chemistry from Juniata College. As a patent agent, Silvers can prepare patent applications and conduct the prosecution in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
