On March 21, 2018, the Litigation Section hosted “Meet the Litigators,” a panel discussion on careers in litigation. Six attorneys and one judge introduced a group of about seventy-five law students to a wide variety of careers in government and private practice and civil and criminal law. Panelists discussed their practice areas, shared advice, and generously spent time visiting with students after the presentation. The panel was moderated by James McConkie of Workman Nydegger, and held in the Moot Court Room for the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

The Litigation Section would like to thank those who participated in the panel, including Bill Beesley of Wilford Beesley, P.C., Steve Anderson of Schatz Anderson, Erin Stone of York Howell, David Mortenson of Stoel Rives, Judge Christine Johnson of Utah’s Fourth Judicial District, Bryant McConkie of Ray Quinney & Nebeker, and Mathew Barlow of Workman Nydegger.
