Judge Richard Linn Addresses David K. Winder IP Inn of Court

Judge Richard Linn of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will keynote the meeting of the David K. Winder IPInn of Court on November 11, 2015.  Awarded the 2014 Distinguished IP Professional Award, Judge Linn is well-known in the patent community as an outstanding lawyer, jurist and educator.  Brent Lorimer, President of the David K. Winder IP Inn of Court and Workman Nydegger Shareholder, stated, “Judge Linn has been a driving force in developing IP Inns of Court across the country, is an engaging speaker and is a gracious and decent human being.”

The David K. Winder IP Inn of Court was founded in 2015 to provide a forum for intellectual property lawyers in Utah to gather, build professional relationships, mentor younger lawyers, and advance the causes of excellence, ethics and civility.  It is patterned after the English Inns of Court, where young lawyers honed their craft under the tutelage of more experienced barristers.  The David K.
