Workman Nydegger Shareholder Presents at Utah State Bar’s Summer Convention

Workman Nydegger Shareholder John Stringham will be presenting at the Utah State Bar’s 2016 Summer Convention in San Diego, California on July 7th.  His presentation titled “IP Issues in Financial Transactions: Knowing the End from the Beginning” will discuss potential IP issues to consider during commercial transactions, such as acquisitions, funding, IPOs, and related due diligence.

Mr. Stringham holds over 25 years of experience in all facets of intellectual property law, particularly IP preparation and prosecution.
