Overview

With more than 25 years of assisting clients with their patent law needs, John M. Guynn supports clients in all aspects of patent prosecution. Mr. Guynn’s extensive experience includes the initial formulation of creative and broad-based patent strategies, preparation and filing of patent applications and arguments before the U.S. Patent Trademark Office and foreign patent offices. Large and small corporations, including pre-IPO startups and individual inventors, appreciate his deep technical expertise which spans many industries, including chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, cannabis, medical devices, and related processes.

An inventor of several patented technologies, including environmentally friendly blended cements and topical CBD pain cream, John keenly understands his clients and their goals to bring their products to market.
