Overview

With more than 25 years of patent law experience, John M. Guynn assists clients in all aspects of patent prosecution. Mr. Guynn’s extensive experience includes the initial formulation of creative and broad-based patent strategies, preparation and filing of patent applications and arguments before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices. His technical expertise spans chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, and related processes, and he’s worked with corporations large and small, including pre-IPO startups and individual inventors.

Mr. Guynn has also been an inventor of several patented technologies, including for medical devices and environmentally friendly blended cements.
