Zachary J. Smart Joins Workman Nydegger

Zachary J. Smart has joined Workman Nydegger as an Associate, where he will focus on U.S. patent preparation and prosecution.  He brings a variety of experience to the firm, ranging from software and hardware systems to mechanical devices and engineering.

Mr. Smart graduated from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.  He also completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in Electrical Engineering.  While completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Smart developed surface acoustic wave (SAW) tag sensors capable of detecting changes in the environment.  His ingenuity will bring a unique perspective to Workman Nydegger.
