Workman Nydegger’s Timothy Nichols Honored by J. Reuben Clark Law Society

Workman Nydegger Shareholder Timothy Nichols will be honored by the J. Reuben Clark Law Society’s Pro Bono Chapter during a luncheon held on Wednesday, December 9th. Mr. Nichols will receive this award for volunteering at the Community Legal Clinic several times throughout 2015.

Mr. Nichols is skilled in the practice of patent prosecution, strategy and counseling. His practice is centered on various technology areas, including medical devices, energy and mechanical/electrical engineering. Through his service at the Community Legal Clinic, Mr. Nichols has been one of several other lead attorneys chosen by the JRCLS Pro Bono panel, the University of Utah Law School and the LDS Church to consult on a variety of subject areas. These attorneys are available for consultation from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the LDS Employment Center on the first Tuesday of each month.
