Workman Nydegger attorneys and staff rallied together to win the Utah Minority Bar Association’s Annual Charity Fundraiser for the fourth consecutive year. The firm joined with 27 other participating Utah-based organizations, including law firms and legal groups to raise money for charity. Of all the participating groups, Workman Nydegger raised the highest total donation amount and the highest per capita donation per employee, and will be awarded the trophy for highest total donation at this year’s UMBA scholarship dinner in November.

The fundraiser proceeds will be given to support the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center (RMIC), a non-profit organization working to correct and prevent the wrongful conviction of innocent people in Utah, Nevada and Wyoming. The RMIC is the only organization in the region providing innocence investigation and litigation services free of charge.  For more information on this organization and how you can help, please visit http://rminnocence.org/.
