Workman Nydegger Nationally Recognized by Chambers USA

Workman Nydegger has been recognized in the 2017 Chambers USA Guide as a Band 2 law firm in the field of Intellectual Property for the fourth consecutive year.  Chambers stated that Workman Nydegger “continues to be a significant firm in the market” and praised its specialist understanding of IP matters remarking that the team has “really good attorneys.”

The most outstanding law firms and individual attorneys are chosen annually and placed in ranking bands from 1-6. A firm’s placement on the published Chambers USA firm rankings is determined by specific qualities valued by clients such as technical ability, professional conduct, industry knowledge, commitment and more.  Attorneys are ranked individually on the basis of their legal knowledge, capability, experience and efficiency.

Workman Nydegger Attorneys Rick Nydegger, Brent Lorimer and John Stringham were also recognized by Chambers USA as “Notable Practitioners.”  Receiving a Band 1 ranking, Mr. Nydegger was recognized for his extensive experience and long career in IP law. Peers continue to regard Mr. Nydegger as one the state’s leading lawyers for IP work, emphasizing that he has a national reputation and is “one of the most established people out there.”  Mr. Lorimer was awarded a Band 2 ranking for his focus on IP litigation and assisting clients with trademark, copyright and patent issues, in addition to licensing and trade secret disputes. His peers describe him as “a very solid, very good lawyer” who is “very well regarded in the industry.”  Mr. Stringham received a Band 3 ranking, with excellent remarks for his trademark work in addition to his copyright work and patent prosecution.
