In April 2017, James W. McConkie III, Roger J. McConkie, and Callie B. Roger joined Workman Nydegger. The addition of these attorneys expands and enhances the legal services we provide to our clients.
James W. McConkie III has a breadth of experience in commercial litigation, having tried and handled cases involving all aspects of business and unfair competition law. As a new member of our litigation team, James will assist his clients with all types of disputes, including contract, employment, trademark, and unfair competition cases.
Roger J. McConkie is also a veteran litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience. Roger has been involved in several significant state and federal court cases, having successfully represented clients at trial, in arbitrations or mediation. He will continue to help his clients with their litigation needs including intellectual property related matters.
Callie B. Rogers brings experience in both general commercial litigation and general corporate transactions, with experience in both the private firm and corporate/in-house counsel sectors. In addition to general litigation support, Callie counsels clients on a variety of matters including business formation, corporate manuals, licensing/contract drafting and review, and employment issues.
