Matthew D. Todd and J. Dustin Howell Named Equity Shareholders at Workman Nydegger

Workman Nydegger is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew D. Todd and J. Dustin Howell to Equity Shareholders.

Mr. Todd’s experience includes patent preparation for dental compositions, pharmaceuticals, medical and dental device technologies, polycrystalline diamond products, silicon and other carbide materials, petroleum refining and catalysis, biodegradation systems, air pollution control systems, and sports, fitness, and exercise equipment, to name a few. He also counsels on transactional work, including opinions regarding patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate.

Mr. Howell’s experience runs deep in the subjects of physics, optics, mechanics, and mechanical engineering, interests he continues to develop through his work with clients in sports, exercise, medical, petroleum, and other industries. He uses this background to help clients in the preparation and prosecution of U.S and international patent and trademark applications as well as licensing and confidentiality agreements and other IP issues. Mr. Howell also works with patents for industrial products and processes.
