Workman Nydegger attorneys coached teams from the University of Utah and Brigham Young University that competed in the regional round of the AIPLA Giles Rich IP Moot Court competition this past weekend in Palo Alto. Shareholders David Todd and Matt Barlow coached the BYU team (Tom Briscoe and Rachel Perry) which advanced to the semi-final round of the regional competition. Shareholder David Johnson coached the Utah team (Mike Eixenberger and David Jaffa) which advanced to the national round. This is the second consecutive year Mike and David have advanced to the finals. The team will now argue in the final round of the competition in Washington D.C. in April.
