Shane K. Jensen

Mr. Jensen’s practice currently emphasizes preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Mr. Jensen has drafted applications directed to a wide variety of technologies including microcontrollers, integrated circuit chip design, semiconductor lasers, fiber-optics, electronic test equipment, software, and medical devices.


Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jensen worked for three and a half years as an electrical engineer with Raytheon Systems Company, a large defense contractor. His primary duties were in RF analog hardware design and testing surface radar and missile systems. In particular, Mr. Jensen designed and tested receiver/exciters, amplifiers, and antenna sub-systems. Mr. Jensen had experience working with various analog circuit building blocks such as CMOS, TTL, and other semiconductor technologies. Mr. Jensen also had experience in working with digital hardware such as memory and microprocessors. In addition, Mr. Jensen had experience in working with signal processing devices.
